Train Joint Locks at home for Hapkido, Aikido & Jiu-jitsu work-out

When you use joint locks in your martial art, for instance in: Hapkido, Aikido, Aiki-jujutsu, Jiu-Jitsu or BJJ - it’s very important that you keep practising and drilling your joint locks. Because of the COVID-19 crisis, many people are in lockdown and sitting at home without the possibility to train with a training partner. I developed some exercises you can do with a resistance band to train your joint locks of Hapkido at home. Add this to your daily work-out! Training with a resistance has many benefits: - You activate your core - You have to use your whole body to keep balance and control your technique - You work on your strenght and bodystructure - You keep your muscle memory active Let me know what you think about this exercises in the comments.
