The ORIGINAL Beach Buggy Creator: Bruce Meyers | Carfection

Bruce Meyers, the inventor of the Meyers Manx, the original beach buggy based on the VW Beetle passed away this week at he age of 94. A few years ago we caught up with him at the Quail where his original car, known as Big Red had won the Spirit of the Quail award. We spoke to him about the car and it’s legacy.
