This is a great workout which is extremely effective at burning calories or improving your cardiovascular endurance. With this HIIT routine I have broken the workout into several rounds to couple cardio HIIT style rounds with a moderate intensity strength training to target all the muscle groups and keep the level of cardio high. It includes a quick warm-up with 45 second intervals followed by a 50-minute routine with a great variety of cardio and bodyweight exercises.
