In this 30 min MAX OUT Bodyweight HIIT Workout | NO REPEAT | ABS, we will have 17 Superset Exercises in total, performing the first exercise for 35 seconds and with only 5 seconds switching time we will perform the second exercise for 30 seconds with 20 seconds rest between the superset. At the end of the workout we will have 8x abdominal and core exercises in a row as a finisher. LET’ GOOOO!
