Snow falls in Colorado’s mountains

Look for a breezy Thursday in Denver and the eastern plains with stronger gusty winds over the mountains and foothills. A weak system will also drag some moisture into the state bringing a good chance for snow mainly above 9500 feet with some northern mountain locations receiving up to 6-8”. An isolated shower may work its way over the metro area and plains but we shouldn’t see much more than that. Light snow or snow showers could continue over the mountains tonight. Read more:
