On Dec. 14, 2010, Border Agent Brian Terry was murdered by an illegal immigrant while on patrol in southern Arizona. The subsequent investigation uncovered Obama’s Crooked Fast and Furious gun-running scheme. Adrian Fontes represented the Mexican Cartels during this case. The conviction of the killer in 2020 delivered some justice, but now that wound has been reopened as the murderer’s confession was thrown out & his sentence overturned.
