Tonic Water | HOMEMADE TONIC SYRUP

We are making our own homemade tonic for one of our favourite drinks, Gin & Tonic. We’ve found that the type of tonic used really makes a good Gin & Tonic. Jeff enjoyed one of the best G & T ever while on a trip to Edinburgh, Scotland where he was introduced to Fever Tree brand of tonic. Fever tree is quite pricey and not readily available, so we set off to make our own using a recipe that we came across.
