ETD for Windhelm

The only thing changed between the images are the Enhanced Textures Detail meshes from ETD mod and Textures remain the same. Vanilla textures were used for this video, but this mod will enhance any the textures. This mod will increase texture detail for all the objects inside WindHelm city(except building interiors) and not only what is shown in this video Mod link (Windhelm only): Mod link (Merged):
