WHAT IS POMODORO TECHNIQUE? 📚 ➤ The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method based on 25-minute stretches of focused work broken by five-minute breaks. Longer breaks are typically 15 to 30 minutes after four consecutive work intervals. Each work interval is called a Pomodoro. ➤ It is highly effective as it helps you effectively manage your time and work on a task without distractions. It is also beneficial as it helps you become more disciplined and think about your work.
