British championship Rd. 3: Shock results as first-time winners storm dramatic Canada Heights

With both MX1 and MX2 classes packed with former British champions and current GP stars, all battling for the lead of the new-look Revo series, few expected brand new names to take their first overall wins. But that’s exactly what happened in both classes as the series reached the revamped but still old-school Canada Heights circuit on a scorching and sweaty June day. We take a look at the new-design track, the main men, and catch the hottest action. MX2 was all about young talent showing the experienced men the way to do it. Teenage privateer and local lad Ike Carter, in only his third British championship race, came so close to winning the first moto. But the overall went to another British KTM privateer, Ashton Dickinson, who battled hard with Wilson Todd, Conrad Mewse and Steven Clarke. And in MX1, championship hopefuls like Tommy Searle, Dylan Walsh and Shaun Simpson battled and barged each other in a bid to get the upper hand. That allowed Jake Millward to give Verde KTM its first MX1 race
