Dakar hails from Grenada in the Caribbean. He is based in Toronto (T. DOT) Canada. Dakar led Reggae bands like Joshua and The Stand Firm band. He has been an early Reggae musician seed in the early 70’s in Toronto. He has played in legendary clubs like The Silver Dollar, Elma Combo, The Isabella Hotel, The Horseshoe, The Masonic Temple on Younge Street, and at the Down Town Queen Street club circuit.
