This full-body strength workout, created by professional breakdancer and fitness coach, Polar Master Trainer Johannes ’Hatsolo’ Hattunen, engages the whole body, including movements for the upper body, lower body and core.
This workout is suitable for everyone, no matter your fitness level – you can adjust the intensity and choose the reps and level that best work for you.
On the video, you’ll learn all the movements followed by a 10-minute battle workout block with 9 effective strength exercises.

➡️ WORKOUT DURATION: 10 minutes
➡️ AT-HOME WORKOUT: No equipment needed. Suitable for all fitness levels.
➡️ A COMPLETE WORKOUT: This video introduces the movements and then continues to feature a follow along workout with instructions.
Do 10 rounds of 3 moves repeated one after another for 30 seconds without resting in between movements:
1. Choose your level.
2. Choose your reps (e.g. start with 4 and build up the amount gradually).
3. Choose one movement from each category and do 4-8 reps per move.
4. Work for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds. Then, do it again!
5. Now... GO!
