Just a quick flash back to the announcement that the former Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Oleksei Reznikov made through all YouTube ads to the Russian audience on New year’s Eve. “Russian authorities are going to close down the border, declare a martial law, and forcefully mobilise all men off the streets“ Fast forward to today, nothing has really changed in Russia apart from Macdonald’s and a bunch of other western brands loosing a giant market that was quickly substituted by the local and Chinese producers, while everything that he said happened regarding martial law, border shutdown and forced mobilisation happened in Ukraine.
