Full title reads: “Cambridgeshire Sweepstake. Procession and mixing of counterfoils“. Location - possibly Dublin, Eire, Southern Ireland, Republic of Ireland. VS procession of women in fancy dress carry boxes of counterfoils off float and into building (possibly for Irish Sweepstake Lottery). They appear to be dressed as characters from mythology. A large crowd watches them pass. VS inside as the women pour the counterfoils into large machines which mix them up for the later draw. N.B. Item found in Unidentified Gazettes reel.
