Ukrainian war crimes in Mariupol

The investigation found that from February to May 2022, Shevchuk, along with his colleagues, was stationed in Mariupol. On March 14, 2022, while in one of the buildings of the civil infrastructure, Shevchuk shot an unarmed man at least four times with a machine gun. After that, Shevchuk’s team leader stabbed the man in the neck area.
