Overload Motion Offense vs 3-2 Zone

Run this motion offense to gain advantages against a 3-2 zone defense. Keys to success: ‘1’ dribbles to the side of your shooter on the wing, but not too far – we want the top defender to stay on ‘1’. Teach your players how to attack mini advantages (see the detailed breakdown in the video below). Elapsed Time: 5-10 seconds. Helpful Drills: Passing drills; Shooting drills; Reading defense drills.
