Venezuela crisis: No running water, no power, no medicine

The longest nationwide power outage in world history has plunged Venezuela into chaos, with businesses and schools closed and people left without running water and medicine. On the streets of the capital, Caracas, food is left rotting in shops and on markets stalls, and the city’s residents search for wells to fill water bottles. National Assembly leader Juan Guaido, who is attempting to oust President Nicolas Maduro, says if the power cut continues he will declare a national emergency.
