Just a really nice short stretching and yoga clip of me doing some straddle stretches to improve leg & hip flexibility & mobility.
This is a great exercise to improve hip mobility & prep for the pancake stretch and the middle spits. Always keep in mind though, that we are all different. Don’t push yourself to hard! Little by little you’ll be more flexible if you train on a regular basis!
