Residents in Southern California cross border to Mexico for cheaper gas

Gas prices have risen so much in the U.S. that residents in Southern California are waiting hours to cross the southern border into Mexico where gas is subsidized. CGTN’s Alasdair Baverstock travels to San Diego, California and Tijuana, Mexico to talk to Americans and Mexicans.
