Every low lying part of country is flooded out by torrential rains. Passengers are rescued by boat when their train is stopped by flood water. L/S of a gang of men lifting a large rowing boat of a stationary railway freight cart, the shift the boat onto the rails before launching it onto the flood water covering a field. M/S of the same men pulling the freight cart with a boat on along a semi-flooded railway line.
