It was made by Teleketics, a short-lived Catholic media production company. directed by Bruce Baker, written by William Whitehead and Bruce Baker, with cinematography by Andrew Janczak. It stars Linda Risk, Wanda Shannon, David Frankhan, Russel Arms, Jim Chandler, and others (full cast list at 10:53). The film tells the story of how an intoxicated man hits and paralyzes a young girl after consuming alcohol with coworkers, and how he responds to the tragedy.
