Ingredients (makes 3 dosas)
(for the batter)
1 cup besan/brown chick pea flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1/4 tsp heeng/asafoetida powder
3/4 tsp sendha namak/pink himalayan salt
1/2 tsp haldi/turmeric powder
1/2 cup 1.5 tbsp/as needed, water
(for the stuffing)
1 medium sized bell pepper, chopped small
1 medium sized onion, chopped small
2 green chillies, chopped small
2-3 tbsp hara dhania/cilantro, chopped
100 grams paneer/cottage cheese
(for preparing the dosa)
cold pressed peanut oil as needed
