Aerial yoga is a unique blend of strength training and stretching that can help you achieve your goals. In this aerial yoga class, you’ll flow through asanas and strength-building postures while stretching and strengthening the entire body. You’ll use the flow of your breath to guide your movement through each pose. This is an excellent workout for people who want to reduce stress levels, improve flexibility, or build lean muscle mass. Aerial yoga can be done at any fitness level. If you’re new to aerial yoga or want a more gentle, relaxing stretch, we recommend starting with one of our Restorative videos until you build trust and feel more comfortable in the aerial yoga hammocks.
