There was a bit of a beer party here in England over the weekend. We were all released into beer gardens to drink with a few other people after months of the pubs being closed. What a joy! There were scenes very much like these crazy times at the 1959 Oktoberfest. These pictures show scenes of the October Festival in Munich, an annual event with plenty of beer and plenty of fun.
