The Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band show opening, Mountain Winery in Saratoga, California

Kenny Wayne Shepherd talks with the audience a few songs into his performance at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga before launching into “I Want You” off the most recent album, “The Traveler.” Shepherd makes clear he’s part of the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band, giving credit to vocalist and rhythm guitarist Noah Hunt, bassist Kevin McCormick drummer Chris Layton and phenomenal keyboardist Joe Krown while describing the songs he’ll be playing at the show and what he’s been doing on tour. Here Shepherd thanks opening act the Ally Venable Band before talking about his show in Saratoga in 2022 and mentioning his 30 year career. This was a completely new show, opening with songs from the most recent album The Traveler. Shepherd mentions a new album in November which will be backed up by a new tour.
