The full title reads “TROUBLE IN VIENNA - Once gay Capital - now in throes of civil war!“ Vienna, Austria. Several shots of the high ranking Austrian Army Officers inspecting the troops. Various shots of the army march past through Vienna’s crowded streets. Close up shot of the officer, most probably Marshal of the Heinwehr, saluting. More shots of the march past. Voiceover informs that since the war Austria has been thorn between Socialists and the Heinwehr party - monarchists, anti-socialists & anti-Communists. Picture disappears at (01:24:48) while soundtrack continues. First some music and later voiceover indicates there are troubles in Spain. Soundtrack ends at (01:25:07).
