Upside Down Banana Bread

#shorts #breakfast #dessert UPSIDE DOWN BANANA BREAD: 4 ripe bananas 1c sugar 3tbs water - 1c brown sugar 4 overripe bananaes 3/4c butter (browned) 1/2c peanut butter 1tbs vanilla extract 2 eggs - 2c cake flour salt 1/2tsp baking soda 1/2tsp baking powder 1tsp cinnamon 1tsp nutmeg - 1/2c dark chocolate (chopped up) 3/4c toasted walnuts or pecans (chopped up) - Grab a 9x13 baking dish and place parchment paper down, and grease it - Cut the ripe bananas in half and place them face down on the parchment paper - melt the sugar and water over high heat until lightly caramelized, then pour over the bananas and set aside - in a large mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients together and mix together. - in a separate mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, then whisk into the wet mix, in 2 batches. - fold in the nuts and chocolate - add on top of the bananas, smooth it out and bake at 375 for 30-35 minu
