Jean-Michel Jarre - Arpegiateur/Arpegiator (State Azure Cover)

Been working on this cover for quite a while and finally finished and recorded this today. I think my performance/video is a little boring (I just played atmospheric parts, strings, ambient pads and the lead), so I added some interesting stock footage that I think worked pretty well with the track. I tried to keep this cover pretty faithful to the original, keeping the Emulator drums very close and most of the other parts, while adding a few new bits here and there and a fair amount of new ambient/atmospheric pads etc. The lead part is completely new and improvised on the spot, although I improved and changed it a little post recording (and because my playing sucks). Some of the later sequence parts were impossible for me to figure out precisely, so I had to come up with my own versions. Arpegiateur/Arpegiator was always one of my favourite tracks by JMJ and this was really fun to work on! Hope you enjoy it.
