Day in the Life of a German Shepherd Puppy and Golden Retriever This is a day in a life of my 8 weeks old German shepherd puppy and my Golden Retriever. My dogs are extremely playful, so we know we need to wake up when these two start running and playing in the morning. Who needs a clock when you have two dogs to wake you up.
