FOOD AS MEDICINE SONG IN TAMIL - UNAVE NAM MARANTHU - Abhidheya & Abhigya

JAYA SHREE KRISHNA, GREETINGS TO ALL, Dear friends, kids have learnt this song using a downloaded video from youtube along with the lyrics that i printed for them. pls encourage ur kids to do the same, they will love it :) its a blooper until 01:26 :) This is a tamil song describing the richness of ancient south Indian food system which served as medicine from the days of yore, indicating so many scientific factors that back up this healthy and nutritious diet and also stating how we brushed aside, forgot and messed up our own roots in this area and got entangled in this rough journey of modern food system with so many stumbling blocks. We have killed the beneficial microbes in the ever pure milk and by consuming processed food that come through vigorous industrial procedures and hence made ourselves ready to get into coffins. Also abhigya had to sit for nearly 2hrs each day for 3 -4 days to complete the editing of this song. This is the first time he has ventured to do this work and so he took some time to learn it all by himself, there may be synchronizing issues in one or two place, which our tamil viewers will be able to make out, so pls pardon him for that. But I would like tell u all the wretched experience that I went through along with kids to complete this video ( COOKING WAS FUN BUT NOT EDITING ) is that we must try our best to keep our lives simple, the more we try to make any video appealing virtually, the more we will slip into frustration. As this will require us to be glued to the laptop or our smart phones ( luckily , we are away from them ), which means our physically active time during the is reduced causing ill health mentally as well as physically, Not that we were not aware of all this, I just wanted my kids to experience what the other youtubers might be going through who edit their videos so fantastically that the very videography may have made their videos go viral. Now our experience was horrendous, especially for me and the kids, bcoz we are more of outdoor people, grounded to nature and natural activities, I have put on 3 kgs in just one week and I have become so listless, becoz I had to sit in front of the laptop till abhigya figured this type of editing and until he finished all the work, even though it was spread over 4 days as I do not let kids have unmonitored access to internet. So pls make sure u all and ur kids get enough physical activity during the day and most parents may have resorted to online schooling during this lockdown. Today I would like to give a small homeschooling tip for parents, actually this particular tip can be actually utilized by all people who may find themselves in difficulty in this issue. And that is ADDICTION…. Here I will writing about social media addiction. According to me, the definition of addiction is that anyone who is on social media doing anything other than his ior her work for more than 40 minutes is addicted , and the level of addiction may vary, but certainly, he or she is at the threshold of addiction for sure. So to begin with , we will need to create a table ( weekly basis ) on paper, with as many rows as hrs in the day. And as many columns as days of a week. Now 8 such sheets will have to be readied for 8 weeks. And u will notice that automatically, when we fill up each box with a tick or a cross as per our usage of social media, we will begin to get de-addicted gradually, also we will have to simultaneously replace our negative addictive activities with some positive and enthusiastic activities, so that the weaning process is smooth, such as gardening, cooking outdoors, painting, sketching, knitting, sewing etc….
