Non Lethal Weapons & Riot Control Training - Crowd Control Techniques Demonstration by US Marines U.S. Marines participated in a non-lethal weapons training course at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania, 31 Aug. to 4 Sept., 2015. During the course, the Marines were exposed to oleoresin capsicum spray and human electro-muscular incapacitation, and performed mechanical advantage control holds and shield inoculation.
