Peter Gregson – Sequence (Seven)

‘Sequence (Seven)’ from Peter Gregson’s new album ‘Patina’. Patina is out on September 10th. Pre-order: I have an ongoing series of these Sequence x pieces. They are all underpinned by an insistent arpeggio and chordal element. This is the most extravagant so far, with plunging bass lines and broad strings. There is also no solo cello here, so all focus is on the intensity of the string ensemble.
