Full title reads: “A frantic welcome for Vierkoetter, the German who swam the Channel in record time, on arrival in German capital by air“. Berlin, Germany. M/S of a crowd gathered around an aeroplane. We see them raise their hats in three cheers. M/S of Mr. H. Vierkoetter being carried on shoulders of the crowd.
