Some Run! (1927)

Item title reads: “Some run! Dr. J. Seiler - leg weary, but triumphant, sets up new World’s record for distance - 1380 Virginia to Florida.“ Miami, United States of America (USA). M/S as the runner, Dr. Seiler, makes his final run along the streets of Miami. He is escorted by cars and police motorcycles. He arrives at the finish and is greeted by rows of boy scouts, wearing scout hats, and a man with a greyhound. He collapses, and is lifted up to be supported half standing. He is presented with his award and is almost too wobbly to receive the cup. Next he is seen jumping up and down on the spot, standing next to men in striped ethnic costumes.
