Paul Becker: Arietta, [2004]

This piece is another viewer submission and a small neo-Baroque da capo-Arietta which Paul composed with the beautiful oboe pieces of Marcello et al. in mind. In my opinion this is beautiful small Arie, with a good flow, nice melodies and convincing major section at the end. (transition) The composer was born in 1960 in the Netherlands but has been living in Sweden for almost 40 years now. He has been composing music since his early twenties and three of his compositions have been performed at public concerts, among others a piece for oboe and string orchestra, an Ave Maria for soprano, cello and organ, as well as a short piano piece.
