Full title reads: “FORTUNE’S FAIRIES! - Irish Sweepstakes counterfoils well mixed at the Plaza, Dublin.“ Dublin, Republic of Ireland (Southern Ireland, Eire). Girls dressed in ’Universe’ theme costumes taking boxes of counterfoils for the Irish Sweepstakes tickets from the ’train of counterfoils’ to be mixed in large mixing machines. Large model of plane with a map behind is hanging from the ceiling. Girls still pouring counterfoils into mixing machines. Girls mixing the tickets with their hands.
