Good morning, Test Subject 8663! Today you have been selected to go to the Aperture Science Racing Facility. Now you might think: “What is the Aperture Science Racing Facility?“ Good question! In the early years of Aperture: Science Innovators, Cave Johnson’s scientists experimented with whatever they wanted. Not everything worked as it should have though, but that wasn’t going to get in the way of the progress of Science! One of the lost and forgotten experiments has recently been rediscovered: The Aperture Science Racing Facility. This facility was specifically built to test the teleportation of fast moving objects. Unfortunately, the static placement of Portals quickly limited the progress of Science and the focus shifted to the Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device. Today you, Test Subject 8663, have been selected to go back in time to the Aperture Science Racing Facility and discover the remnants of this abandoned laboratory. The map is a
