Does Putin know who killed Kennedy?

Let’s face it - if anyone knew who killed Kennedy, outside of the US elite, it would be the former head of the KGB. In this outtake of a 4th June interview with Megyn Kelly, Putin alludes to the fact that the CIA may have killed President Kennedy. If that was possible back then, without the public ever finding out about it, then what are the realistic restrictions on faking the saga in relation to ’Russian hackers’ and the US election? Putin has stated on numerous occasions that today’s internet technology knows almost no limits, therefore anyone from anywhere in the world could have hacked the DNC, if that indeed did occur, while rerouting the fingerprint to Russia.
