Introductory intertitle reads: “The biggest friend the Cinema ever had was the man who coined the phrase “the camera cannot lie.“ What would he think about this?“ Through optical printing techniques various trick shots are presented to the audience. Buildings move and grow, the top of a palm tree flies. “The camera cannot lie“, bless our souls - but it does bend a little now and then...!“ A biplane is seen flying down a city street. It stops mid air then flies off, leaving a still image of itself behind. This is repeated. Other planes fly low over other city streets. Note: unusual camera trick effects - quite fun!
