Valve Steam Deck hands-on: $400 Switch-like portable gaming PC

Don’t call it a Steam Machine: this is the Steam Deck, a 7-inch handheld gaming PC from gaming software giant Valve. We flew to Valve’s HQ in Bellevue, Washington, to spend about an hour with the machine and compare it to Nintendo’s Switch and other portable systems.
