Vladimir Fomenko - Big Jazz-Orchestra

Born on February 28, 1948 in the village of Kremovo, Mikhailovsky District, Primorsky Territory. Composer, jazz improviser, button accordion and accordion teacher. In 1967 he graduated from the Tula School of Music, accordion class, in 1972 - from the Kazan State Conservatory (accordion class - Professor Anatoly Vasilyevich Tikhonov). From 1968 to 1972 he worked at the Tula Regional Children’s Music School, at the Tula College of Arts named after A.S. Dargomyzhsky. Diploma-recipient of the International Music Festival “Euroorchestra“; winner of the special prize of the 1st Moscow International Festival-Competition “Contemporary Art and Education“ in the nomination composer-performer; laureate of the All-Russian competition in composition, laureate of various jazz festivals.
