How 2,000 Tons Of Dijon Mustard Are Made Each Year In France — Vendors
While the rest of the world goes through a shortage, Edmond Fallot, the oldest Dijon mustard factory in France, is unaffected because it uses 100% French mustard seed from the region. Using those local mustard seeds, it produces many varieties from old-fashioned Dijon to blackcurrant and basil-flavored mustards.
