Purr or Chuff?

This is Zahra, one of the 2 1/2 year old snow leopard cubs at Tulsa Zoo, on 12/2/18. She and her mom, Sherab, were making this sound today with an accompanying shiver. Per the San Diego Zoo website, “Like other larger cats, snow leopards hiss, growl, moan, and yowl, but they do not roar, as their throat is similar to that of the smaller cats; instead, snow leopards make a friendly chuff and can purr, too.“ So the question is, is the sound she is making a purr or a chuff??
