Chest training with IFBB Fitness Pro Jodi Boam

Oh just another day at the office, lol. Here is a look into my current chest routine. This specific session was done lighter, a little higher rep, more focus on the pump and blood flow rather than the weights. Its good to have a ’deload’ day every few weeks to give your joints a rest and shock you system in a different way.
