A study at the U. of Indiana has isolated 5 common errors that account for 95% of automobile accidents. These mistakes are so common that everyone is guilty of at least one. Woman from the start of the film is called (15:25). Footage of her driving a convertible as judge says she is a good driver (15:50). She is told she is accused of not wearing a seatbelt (15:55). Footage of head on crash with a van (16:15). Woman is found guilt and led away (16:30). Court is recessed and guilty defendants are shown (16:55). Narrator challenges the viewer to compare their own driving to the cases shown (16:58). Footage is shown demonstrating proper behavior: look for traffic, maintain reasonable speed, stay alert, don’t drink and drive, maintain vehicles, and wear seatbelt (18:00).
