Occurred on April 25, 2016 / Govan, Glasgow, Scotland The woman in the video (Margaret) was a very good customer of mine while I was driving the buses through the Govan area of Glasgow. She would get on everyday and was always happy and cheery with me. Although she had learning difficulties I never treated her differently from any other person.
