Spiking Using Full vs Part of The Sequence - Comparing Spiking Speeds

Showing some differences in speeds with good and not so good technique using the @pocketradar! In the first 2 clips I’m trying to just use my arm from a loaded position. I have some backward rotation but its minimal. This position is less powerful because I’m just using my arm. When I just use my arm, I can already feel the difficulties of trying to be forceful and can feel how much slower my arm is. In the next clip I’m using the full spiking sequence (on the ground). This is the Pull Back, the Hip Shift, the Torso Rotation, the Arm Action, and the Contact Point/Deceleration (check out previous videos talking about the Spiking Sequence). The differences here is with the first clips, I’m only using my arm to get force into the ball. With the full Spiking Sequence, I’m able to accumulate force from the first parts of the sequence (the big drivers) and transfer it to the arm. This puts more force through the arm, which speeds it up and transfers the accumulate
