Hawaii Wildfires: Did everybody forget the Kula Fire?

On 07NOV2023, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) began Phase 2 of cleanup of the burned homes of Kula, Maui. A wildfire burned Kula in August 2023, it was the same wildfire that later burned Lahaina. Kula also suffered from lack of electrical power and water being shutoff! Video by Richard Brown.
