The First Edition originally included: Kenny Rogers (vocals, bass guitar), Mickey Jones (drums, percussion), Terry Williams (vocals, guitar), Mike Settle (guitar, vocals), and Thelma Camacho (vocals). While promoting “Just Dropped In,“ The First Edition was featured in the second episode of Laugh-In on January 29, 1968. During their performance they wander around what appears to be a taxidermist shop. Combined with the lyrics it adds a rather freaky effect to the song.
