My friend who owns a vintage record store a few blocks from me found this record in his storage room--it is cracked all the way across on this side, held together by the uncracked half of the other side, but he gave it to me so it could be preserved as a video. It is a Hungarian Columbia Viva-Tonal with the number 14149 and I’m dating it approximately 1926 or 1927--it has a vocal by Weygand Tibor and is very good, such a shame it had to have been damaged but I’m at least grateful I was able to get this good a recording as I was afraid it might not stay together.
